Summary

Join NetBrain as the Director, Network Automation Training and lead enablement initiatives for internal teams and external customers. You will develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of NetBrain's no-code automation platform, creating efficiencies and enhancing customer experience. This leadership role requires designing a tiered customer enablement framework, translating product innovations, overseeing training program creation, and working with cross-functional teams. You will establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and optimize strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in customer enablement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong understanding of IT or enterprise network operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical training, or product enablement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale enablement strategies for both internal teams and external customers
  • Strong understanding of IT, or enterprise network operations
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible, actionable learning materials
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining and measuring enablement success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive enablement strategy for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring successful adoption of NetBrain’s no-code automation platform
  • Design and implement a tiered customer enablement framework, addressing the needs of End Users, Power Users, and Super Users through a mix of web-based, in-person, and self-guided learning methodologies
  • Lead the initiative to translate product innovations from R&D to customer-facing teams, ensuring technical advancements are effectively communicated and operationalized
  • Oversee the creation and execution of scalable training programs to empower customer engineers to build their own automation solutions
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align enablement strategies with business goals and drive customer success
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
