Requirements

• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development and API integrations
• Team Leadership: Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in a government or regulated environment with auditing requirements

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Drive operational excellence within the product team, implementing best practices for product management and development
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of product managers operating as a player-coach, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to gather and refine detailed product requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
• Roadmap Development: Translate high-level requirements into a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility
