• Product management experience (bachelor's degree and more than five years of experience)
• Hardware expertise (passionate about technology, worked at an organization that delivers software-enabled hardware products)
• SaaS experience
• Proven people leadership skills (at least two years of experience hiring and supporting a team of product managers)
• Cross-functional relationship management skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Naturally curious and eager for knowledge
• Pragmatic and able to balance customer needs with business goals
