Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the Manager of PM/Director of PM role or similar
• Proven experience in developing successful AI products / features from the ground up, driving innovation in complex environments of enterprise customers
• Experience in the product management of analytics solutions
• Ability to navigate uncertainty through experimentation and adaptive strategies, effectively tackling challenges without predefined market frameworks
• Ability and eagerness to explore various paths to achieve success, with a track record of adopting and implementing new technologies
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically —this role requires both big-picture thinking and the ability to roll up your sleeves
• Outstanding collaborative skills; you know how to inspire and influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and present the story of innovation to the market
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and data teams , ensuring they deliver actionable insights and value to end-users and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Direct the creation and integration of cutting-edge AI features, implementing Natural Language search and making Predictive Analytics a reality
• Lead two dedicated product teams, including two direct-report Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX designers and Engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Link product goals with tangible business outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market needs
• Champion experimental approaches to product development, embracing uncertainty and leveraging insights from rapid prototyping and user feedback
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver cohesive product narratives and ensure go-to-market strategies are aligned with product capabilities and vision
• Maintain a close relationship with customers to validate delivering real impact and guide future innovation
