Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work that has driven real user engagement and conversion growth
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, user research, user psychology, and interaction design principles
• Experience building and scaling design teams in high-growth environments, including hiring, team development, and creating a strong design culture
• Expertise in creating and managing design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing product design team
• Develop and execute a design vision that aligns with both user needs and company goals, constantly pushing the limits of what’s possible
• Lead the creation and implementation of a scalable design system
• Own the end-to-end product design process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Impact, and Marketing teams to deliver designs that enhance user engagement and retention
• Champion user research and data insights
• Advocate for innovative, user-centric design thinking across the organization
• Mentor and inspire designers
