Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in design with a focus on digital products
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, leading a full design team or individuals working across multiple products

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, researchers, and UX writers
• Contribute to product strategy in collaboration with the product, engineering, and business teams
• Oversee the end-to-end research and product design process
• Champion design-led OKRs and provide a north-star for the design team
• Establish and improve design processes, tools, and methodologies
