Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, innovation, and execution
• Define and champion the product initiatives, strategy, and roadmap for Counterpart Assistant's Clinical Interventions product pillar
• Work with the pods and PMs to prioritize and manage the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company goals
• Collaborate closely with data science, analytics, engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in machine learning and data science, consistently finding ways and approaches to optimize our use of data
• Be the subject matter expert and domain leader for all things funnels and optimization, knowing the product metrics and how we can continue to improve each experience for each cohort of users

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of product optimization experience, health experience is a plus
• Deep expertise in optimizing funnels and precision recall optimization challenges. Metrics and analytical thinking are your forte
