In this role, you will lead an internal consultant team, design and deliver impactful leadership development programs, and build strong client relationships. You will translate customer needs into holistic interventions, leverage existing resources to create new programs, and co-create team leadership development journeys. This position requires extensive experience in organizational change management and leadership development, along with strong business acumen and communication skills. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance
- Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams
- Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials
- Experience with leadership assessment tools and models
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact
- A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas
Responsibilities
- Lead our internal consultant team
- Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs
- Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics
- Deliver Leadership Development Programs
- Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions
- Establish productive, professional relationships with clients
- Responsible for co creating game-changing team leadership development journeys
