Requirements

  • Experienced in building and integrating platforms that connect data across systems, particularly in CRM/CDP and personalized marketing contexts
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing platforms, including email, SMS, and HIPAA-secure communication methods
  • Knowledgeable in AWS, with a strong understanding of data integration, warehousing, and leveraging these capabilities to drive member acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Highly organized and capable of managing complex projects, turning ambiguous inputs into clear action plans
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of personalization in marketing, able to drive impactful strategies that resonate with diverse member segments
  • A strong communicator, skilled at working with both internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, always seeking ways to optimize and innovate in your product management approach
  • 8+ years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing CRM/CDP and marketing platforms
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective execution of product strategies
  • Expertise in developing and leveraging data for personalized marketing to drive acquisition and engagement
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, particularly with platforms like Twilio Segment and Customer.io
  • Strong background in AWS, particularly in the context of data integration and warehousing
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring key team members to drive project success
  • Knowledge of both B2B2C and B2C marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on healthcare, food delivery, or similar industries

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of a unified data platform to provide a 360-degree view of members, enhancing personalized marketing and outreach strategies
  • Connect various platforms to drive outreach and engagement, focusing on seamless data exchange and optimization
  • Manage the integration of third-party vendors and tools, such as AWS, Zendesk, Customer.io and AWS Connect, to support our outreach and support efforts
  • Partner closely with our Marketing Team to enable the development of personalized marketing strategies using the 360-degree view of member data, to support both acquisition of new members and drive ongoing engagement
  • Manage Product Managers leading the efforts to enable referrals from health system and provider partners, and continuously improve our contact center efforts
