Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution anywhere, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product management with direct Marketing Technology (MarTech) experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leadership, preferably in a creative high-growth software organization
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record for triaging and prioritizing emerging issues and escalations from various sources
  • Experience with the development, launch, sale, and support of new, game-changing products
  • Experience working with and respected by engineering teams shipping complex products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in monetizing SaaS products and implementing pricing strategies
  • Passion for innovation and customer-centric product development
  • Understanding of the market, customer needs and new market opportunities to guarantee a top-tier product portfolio
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product-led growth strategies

Responsibilities

  • Understand and define the problems we need to solve and the outcomes we need to achieve for customers and our business. Ensure that teams understand annual and quarterly goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Explore opportunities for product-led growth approach, promoting best practices and methodologies within the team and organization
  • Run quarterly planning processes to ensure alignment and track progress towards achieving outcomes and solving identified problems
  • Triage, prioritize, and oversee brand escalations and commitments and serve as a point of escalation to address and resolve emerging issues
  • Formulate detailed business cases, create business plans to secure funding, and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies to monetize new features and increase the overall value of the product line
  • Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Secure the resources necessary to achieve desired outcomes for both management and customers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams, to prioritize product features and enhancements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
  • Partner with the Executive Team on new investments and business opportunities
  • Lead and mentor a group of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Plan staffing, define organizational structure, and foster career development within the product management team
