Requirements
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and/or Data products
- Strong understanding of AI and Data technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of delivering AI and Data-driven products with a focus on solving real customer problems in a competitive market environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to merge user needs with business goals to create compelling product strategies
- Inspirational leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of motivating diverse teams and fostering an environment that values innovation and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI and Data initiatives, aligned with G-Pโs mission of enabling frictionless global expansion for employers of all sizes
- Lead market analysis and identify opportunities to implement AI technologies that enhance our platform capabilities
- Collaborate with senior management to align AI and data strategies with company objectives, then work with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch products that integrate advanced AI and Data capabilities
- Build deep relationships with customers and industry partners to gain insights that drive the development of customer-centric and technically sophisticated product features
- Manage the product team with a focus on outcomes, prioritizing features based on their potential business impact and user value
- Employ continuous learning through product performance metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance product offerings
- Stay informed on emerging trends in AI and Data, assessing their applicability to our strategic goals and integrating them into our product ecosystem where beneficial
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all products
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled product managers and data scientists
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Provide guidance and support to drive the teamโs professional growth and achieve goals
