Requirements

• Advanced degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including NLP, ML, and LLMs
• Proven track record in developing and launching AI-driven products, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge in healthcare industry AI adoption trends
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research and data analysis
• Experience in project management, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing production-ready AI models
• Familiarity with healthcare data sets and data interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR)
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, unmet industry needs, and potential AI applications within the healthcare sector
• Develop and sequence a product roadmap aligned with market opportunities and balanced by current state, including identifying target markets, defining product features, and setting performance metrics
• Build comprehensive business cases for AI-driven initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and return on investment analysis
• Collaborate with finance and executive teams to secure necessary resources and support for product development
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with data scientists, engineers, executives, and other stakeholders
• Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by maintaining a deep understanding of AI technologies, regulatory landscape, and competitive landscape
• Drive innovation by encouraging experimentation, idea generation, and the exploration of new AI applications within healthcare
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Collaborate with marketing teams on the development of supporting Go to Market materials to ensure successful market introduction
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Leverage world-class expertise in natural language processing (NLP), including large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML) and related tools to guide product development and innovation
• Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs and generative AI to enhance product capabilities and improve healthcare outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PhD in a related field
• Experience with healthcare data analytics and data-intensive, enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of value-based care (VBC) models and reimbursement strategies
• Publications or presentations related to the use of LLMs in healthcare
• Familiarity with AI modeling tools such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML or any other modeling tools
