Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, change management, business administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
- A systems-based mindset, with commitment to systemic (and not just project) interventions
- Commitment to Hillelβs mission and alignment with Hillel Internationalβs underlying organizational and movement values
- Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information and share it effectively with others
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and general tech-savvy
- An organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of building productive working relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee special projects for the Pillar as directed by the COO, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop project plans, set objectives and establish timelines. Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, including the C-team and leadership
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to help prioritize tasks, manage schedule and ensure preparation for meetings and engagements, including scheduling meetings and attending meetings when needed for notes & follow-up support
- Lead the efforts and manage systems for tracking and reporting programmatic activities and outcomes through the creation of an organizational goals dashboard, regular project updates, and strategic communications
