Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, change management, business administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
  • A systems-based mindset, with commitment to systemic (and not just project) interventions

  • Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information and share it effectively with others
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and general tech-savvy

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of building productive working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee special projects for the Pillar as directed by the COO, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop project plans, set objectives and establish timelines. Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, including the C-team and leadership
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to help prioritize tasks, manage schedule and ensure preparation for meetings and engagements, including scheduling meetings and attending meetings when needed for notes & follow-up support
  • Lead the efforts and manage systems for tracking and reporting programmatic activities and outcomes through the creation of an organizational goals dashboard, regular project updates, and strategic communications
