Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale programs and portfolios that align with the client's business objectives
• Leverage extensive knowledge of health plan operations to develop and implement innovative strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across programs
• Monitor the health and performance of programs and portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with financial targets
• Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly across the organization
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting program success, ensuring continuous improvement
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-performance standards
