Requirements

  • Board-certified psychiatrist located in an IMLC member state and a willingness to get additional licenses funded by the company
  • 3-5 years post-residency experience, ideally including supervisory roles in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote clinical teams, holding team members accountable to high standards of care
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality control in mental healthcare
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate clinical priorities with long-term service development goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and with external partners
  • Commitment to improving access to high-quality mental healthcare for young adults

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct psychiatric care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management as part of a comprehensive mental health service
  • Support and mentor psychiatrists and Psych NPs, fostering a collaborative and accountable clinical team environment, while also recruiting and attracting top-tier NPs and MDs to strengthen the team and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Serve as the supervisory psychiatrist for Mantra’s collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Work closely with clinical managers, including workflow and care practice optimization and design
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance care quality and operational efficiency, layering additional Mantra services and products over time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evidence-based clinical practices with organizational goals
  • Serve as a thought leader and key representative of the organization in external affairs, driving strategic engagement with current and prospective clients, partners, and external stakeholders to promote the organization's psychiatric services and expertise
