Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high growth start up
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience a BioTech company focusing on Executive and Sales roles
  • Proven track record of developing and fulfilling strategic recruiting plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Proficiency with recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, TalentWall)
  • Experience working remotely, with high accountability and responsiveness
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
  • Track record of thriving under pressure and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage the recruiting team to ensure best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Partner with executive leadership to align recruitment initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Develop and launch a comprehensive recruitment training program that equips our hiring managers to support discovering top talent
  • Analyze recruitment trends and provide insights and recommendations to enhance talent acquisition efforts
  • Champion the company culture and employer brand to position BillionToOne as an employer of choice
  • Drive diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices to support a diverse workforce
  • Budget management for recruitment activities and resources
