Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or related field sales
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience managing internal and external sales incentives programs
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating OOH advertising efforts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales execution guides for each marketing campaign period, providing sales teams with clear instructions and strategies to go to market
- Deploy and evaluate market tools such as POS, Sell Sheets, Displays to the sales team and ensure understanding through effective education and training sessions
- Work with consumer/shopper insights to create impactful selling tools
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels by collaborating with the marketing team
- Develop and manage internal and external sales incentives to motivate sales teams and drive performance
- Monitor incentive programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
- Coordinate OOH advertising efforts, including truck wraps and billboards, to maximize brand visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Identify opportunities for synergy between marketing and sales initiatives
- Work with the analytics team to create market surveys and gather feedback from campaigns
- Utilize survey data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
