Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B, Payments industry, fintech, or SaaS industries
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the USA and/or European markets
  • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for fintech audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Familiarity with payment orchestration, e-commerce, and revenue optimization solutions
  • Experience working with cross-border markets and multilingual campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals, including lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition
  • Tailor marketing plans to target merchants in the USA and Europe, reflecting regional preferences and market dynamics
  • Monitor and analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies
  • Incorporate both online and offline marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, events, trade shows, and direct marketing to maximize reach and engagement
  • Establish and elevate the company’s brand identity, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts to engage the fintech audience
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines
  • Design, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social media, and events) to drive traffic and generate qualified leads
  • Optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead nurturing and segmentation
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Work closely with sales and partnership teams to promote co-marketing initiatives with vendors and industry partners
  • Plan and execute event marketing strategies for industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows in the USA and Europe
  • Align closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives support cross-functional goals
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on marketing metrics, campaign results, and strategic recommendations
  • Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders
