Summary

Join Clearsulting as their Director of Sales, Source to Pay (S2P)! Lead the expansion of their S2P practice by developing and executing a commercial strategy focused on broadening sales, revenue growth, and geographical reach. Serve as the main contact for S2P to prospective clients and Coupa. Lead pursuit efforts on identified opportunities, including scoping, pursuit strategy, negotiations, and closing at existing and prospective clients. Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and build practice pipeline. Design GTM materials in collaboration with executive, sales, and marketing team members. Position Clearsulting as a leader in the industry by communicating the value proposition of S2P and continuing the development of the Coupa relationship. Evaluate opportunities for new products or services based on marketplace demands. Help lead the development of Clearsulting’s S2P commercial organization, including structure, capabilities, talent, and training. This role offers a hybrid or remote work environment with up to 40% travel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in professional services in a delivery role with demonstrated success or interest in business development and sales
  • Experience delivering enterprise level, project-based, Source to Pay services, including Coupa
  • Experience and/or willingness to craft and execute strategic and tactical plans to close new business at prospective accounts
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in accelerating the growth of an innovative service through sales success
  • Ability to work as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record accessing and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
