Join Natera as the Director of Oncology Key Account & Regional Marketing to spearhead key account and regional marketing strategies for the Signatera MRD test and the broader oncology portfolio. This pivotal role involves building and executing marketing plans to advance Natera’s oncology solutions within key healthcare networks. You will lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers, driving regional marketing execution and engagement with healthcare providers. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and medical teams. Monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and present marketing strategies to executive leadership. Anticipate approximately 30% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; MBA or Ph.D. preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within medical diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and maintain an enterprise perspective with strong executive presence
- Skilled at partnering effectively across diverse internal and external teams
- A deep commitment to understanding and responding to customer needs
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, especially those related to biomarkers and various oncology indications
Responsibilities
- Define Natera’s core value propositions for oncology-related key account partnerships, working closely with leaders in sales, product, medical, and marketing
- Develop and implement tailored marketing plans that align Natera’s oncology products and partnership solutions with the specific needs and goals of national and regional oncology care networks
- Monitor product performance in key organizations, identifying growth opportunities and addressing gaps to meet objectives
- Lead, hire, and train a team of four Regional Marketing Managers responsible for regional sponsorships, speaker programs, and generating provider insights
- Develop engaging materials for c-suite and senior leadership within key accounts, enhancing partnership opportunities
- Present marketing strategies, progress, and outcomes to Natera’s executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Background in oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred; experience with oncology GPO liaison highly desirable
