Director, Operations Program Management

Summary

Join Butterfly Network as the Director, Operations Program Management and maximize productivity while minimizing costs in producing high-quality goods. Drive improvements in cost of goods manufactured (COGM), manage component inventory, optimize production schedules, and report on production performance. You will also be responsible for production issue resolution, non-medical accessory management, and supporting other teams. This hybrid role can be based in Burlington, MA, New York City, NY, or fully remote (with location restrictions). Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of working experience in supply chain management environments
• Technical proficiency - deep understanding of product development and manufacturing
• Problem solving skills - ability to to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using data, logic, and creativity
• Team player and influencer - ability to influence others inside and outside the organization
• Communication skills - you need to be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and respectfully, using verbal, written, and non-verbal cues

• Drive COGM improvements
• Manage component inventory (internal and external)
