Join Testlio's global People & Culture team as a remote Director of People & Culture! This leadership role requires driving all People operations and advocacy, ensuring compliant employment practices, and supporting company-wide initiatives. Requirements
- 7+ years of HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing HR/People professionals in a global and fully remote environment
- Experience with client-centric services companies (digital agencies, management consultancies, managed services, technology outsourcers, etc,) is critical
- Deep knowledge of People functions, including people relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining policies and documentation globally
- Proven track record of being a trusted partner and advocate for people, focusing on experience, engagement, and conflict resolution
- Understanding of international HR practices, regulations, and labor laws, and the ability to adapt policies to different cultural contexts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a remote team. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex People concepts to diverse audiences
- The ability to build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels and to communicate empathetically to resolve conflict and promote an inclusive, respectful, values-driven culture
- Highly skilled in using HR/People software and systems to manage people operations processes and analyze People data
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of People professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Be the key advocate for our people, offering ongoing support and coaching. Build and sustain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to promote a positive and inclusive culture through 1:1βs, office hours, team meetings, and other proactive outreach
- Own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of People policies, procedures, and documentation. Ensure that they are legally compliant, globally applicable, and reflect our company values
- Design and execute strategies aimed at improving engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. Lead initiatives that focus on the holistic experience, from onboarding to offboarding, emphasizing a positive, inclusive, and supportive remote work culture aligned with Testlioβs purpose & vision
- Oversee and enhance our Experience Review program, including goal setting, feedback processes, and learning and career development opportunities. Work with leaders to ensure effective talent management and development across the company
- Utilize metrics to inform decisions and monitor trends related to engagement, retention, and performance. Provide actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Adapt People processes to ensure consistency across our global workforce while considering different regions' nuances and legal requirements
- Support the organization through change, ensuring excellence in People processes and adaptability and scalability in a growing, evolving environment
