Summary
Join us as the Director of Post-Sales Portfolio Management to lead the development, management, and optimization of our service offerings, driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or business development roles within the software industry, with a focus on defining, developing, and managing service offerings
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategic direction for our service offerings, aligning with company goals, market trends, and customer needs to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead the development and optimization of our service offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to define, develop, and launch new offerings and enhance existing ones
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings, including pricing, packaging, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, to drive successful launch and adoption in the market
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback related to service offerings, and use insights to continuously improve and optimize offerings and customer experience
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and impact of service offerings, and use data and analytics to drive insights, identify areas for improvement, and measure success
- Lead and mentor a team of service offer managers and specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and professional growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to customers and driving business success
