Summary

Join Owkin, an AI biotechnology company, as Director of Data Portfolio to lead data mapping and portfolio activities, build a comprehensive view of existing and future datasets, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders. The role involves leading a team of 4 Data Portfolio managers, recruiting medical advisors, and animating boards of KOLs.

Requirements

  • BS/MSc in Business, Engineering, Medical or an associated field
  • At least 5 years of experience, and a past experience within a pharma company or a biotech
  • Animation of board of KOLs is a plus, as well as good knowledge of one indication among oncology, CVD, Immunity & Inflammation, Neurology
  • Business oriented vision
  • Ability to prioritise and to juggle multiple work streams
  • You are highly resilient and adaptable, as well as a fast learner
  • Team player, enjoy building collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients. You can engage effectively & with stakeholders from different backgrounds
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Previous experience as a manager
  • Experience in portfolio management, strategy, or related roles in health, pharma industry
  • Experience in leading external resources and budget

Responsibilities

  • Lead data mapping and portfolio activities
  • Act as data content manager within the company
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to define future data needs and required tool specifications
  • Be responsible for having a 360-view of our data assets to ease access
  • Recruit medical advisors based on existing and future needs, and animate board of KOLs focusing on multimodal data & samples in oncology, I&I, CVD, neurology
  • Lead and grow a team of 4 full-time data portfolio managers
  • Ensure reporting of data portfolio team activities for project delivery
  • Conduct proactive scientific and technology watch to explore sources of multimodal datasets & ensure up-to-date data hunt methodology, reviewing new tools
