Summary

Valcre is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join their growing team and help scale and evolve their industry-leading valuation solutions. The role involves executing the product vision, translating customer needs into successful product plans, defining and implementing product strategies, mentoring a team, and more.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS
  • Experienced serving Enterprise customers in Real Estate Analytics, CRE Data or Prop Tech industries with a BA/BS in Business or a Technical field. MBA a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and evolving environment
  • Technically adept and intimately familiar with Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Highly organized and a structured thinker. You have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful product releases and launches
  • Data savvy. Experienced managing products with a heavy data emphasis and multiple integrations to other data feeds. Experience with AI, machine learning and data analytics a big plus
  • Inherently collaborative. You are both professionally and emotionally intelligent and confident, but approachable and open to new ideas
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in both written and oral formats

Responsibilities

  • Execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap by driving product development through the entire product lifecycle
  • Translate customer and market needs into compelling and successful product plans that are consistent with the established product vision and strategies
  • Advise on complex issues and projects by elevating conversations to the strategic level and proposing plans to support gaps effectively
  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog with well-defined Epics and User Stories, gathering requirements from external and internal customers and other key stakeholders
  • Lead release planning efforts including aggregating preliminary release candidates, prioritizing release candidates in conjunction with internal stakeholders, facilitating solutioning and sizing discussions with Engineering and presenting final release candidates to the larger Valcre organization
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Customer facing teams such as Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales to collect and prioritize product feedback and opportunities for expansion
  • Define and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with established company goals and product vision, delight both internal and external customers, and create sustaining business value
  • Develop Go-To-Market launch plans. Determine goals, drive strategic decisions and ensure cross functional team alignment and readiness
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to understand industry and design trends and product positioning, identifying and evaluating the business value for new product opportunities
  • Present product updates and strategic initiative plans to senior leadership and key external stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop a team of high-impact Product and Project Managers to drive excellence in product innovation and execution across the platform
  • Drive alignment across teams and with Executives, ensuring everyone has visibility into product strategy, plans and executions
  • Establish frameworks, processes, standards and systems to elevate our Product Management practices
