Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in SaaS or software
- Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level projects, including software implementations and integrations
- Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), SQL, and integration technologies
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering extraordinary customer service
- Passion for scaling teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead team of Project Managers to execute enterprise SaaS implementations and custom integrations
- Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team
- Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role up your sleeves
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Define and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to improve project delivery and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success) and external stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and positive project experience
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
- Develop project plans, requirements gathering templates, and other tools to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously evaluate project performance and use data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategic changes to enhance customer outcomes
- Recommend changes to our platform or processes to improve the overall customer experience
- Support pre-sales activities by working with the Sales team on scoping and qualifying projects to ensure alignment with customer needs and team capabilities
- Identify opportunities to drive customer retention and expansion by delivering measurable value through successful project outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing automation, email/SMS/mobile channel marketing platforms, or related SaaS industries
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience working in high-growth Saas environments
