Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Treasury and/or FP&A related positions
• Effective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority, and to think creatively and identify innovative solutions
• Ability to quickly problem solve and identify opportunities, quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of monetary markets, interest rate markets, investment strategies and hedging strategies

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with our banks, with a critical eye pointed towards mitigation of concentration risk and fee management
• Develop, enhance and implement standardized daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting models
• Oversee and manage cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Develop and implement key liquidity and financial metrics to monitor, report and drive performance
• Oversee and manage and enhance the investment strategy and portfolio, including recommendations for investment purchases, execution and settlement of purchases
• Assist in understanding and managing credit facilities, including optimizing terms and conditions when needed
• Ensure ongoing compliance of credit facilities, including the timely submission of quarterly attestations
• Present potential hedging strategies to mitigate risks associated with interest rates and foreign exchange
• Assist in the execution of our capital allocation strategies
