Summary
Join CoreWeave's Treasury team as a high-performing Director, reporting to the VP of Treasury. You will own the compliance and reporting framework for debt facilities and financing arrangements, driving operational processes for all financing programs. Requirements
- Deep-rooted penchant for risk mitigation - proactively identifying risk areas, including manual workflows, and drive change to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- This role is for those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees
- 15+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury and Corporate Finance experience is required
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team
- Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures outlining operational processes across all Coreweave teams for CoreWeave’s debt financing programs with a focus on compliance with covenants, reps & warrants, and reporting requirements
- Establish Treasury compliance reporting framework including financial covenant and KPI dashboarding for Treasury and executive management
- Assist in the negotiation of financing agreements with a focus on covenants and reps & warrants and operational execution (matching new requirements against CoreWeave’s operational cadence and leveraging existing covenant workflows)
- Support the implementation of finance and other operational systems including ERP enhancements, Treasury Management Systems
- Demonstrate high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Corp Development, Legal, Sales, and Operations
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Investment banking, private equity, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus
- Superior forecasting methods and techniques is a plus
- Experience in Netsuite, SAP or other ERP is a plus
