Join our team and oversee the profitability of a regional operations center, exceeding financial and referral goals, managing staff efficiently, and providing regular reports to management. Responsibilities include planning daily activities, measuring productivity, coordinating with support departments, and determining labor needs. Supervisory duties involve hiring, training, scheduling, conducting performance evaluations, and handling employee discipline. You will also oversee the deposition process. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, along with business experience in healthcare or insurance, particularly in workers' compensation, auto insurance, or long-term/short-term disability claims. Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and time management skills are essential.
Requirements
- Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Supply and support their own internet services
- Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall production, performance, and quality of the assigned region
- Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and IT and BA to ensure successful production operations
- Determines labor needs to meet production goals
- Hires and trains new employees
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
- Oversee the deposition process at the request of the client or defense counsel
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting is preferred
- Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims background is preferred
