This foundational role offers the chance to shape future dispatch operations, managing daily scheduling and designing efficient systems and processes. You will collaborate with Operations and Technology teams, configure the Carelink platform, develop standard operating procedures, and define best practices. The position involves creating and optimizing technician schedules, coordinating with operations, and maintaining clear communication. You will also track key metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly scaling company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling coordination, or healthcare operations
  • Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software
  • Proven ability to implement systems, SOPs, or process improvements
  • Knowledge of route optimization techniques and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to configure and optimize Carelink for Belle’s unique model
  • Develop, document, and implement SOPs and workflows for scheduling and dispatch
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement dispatch best practices aligned with Belle’s service goals
  • Create and optimize daily technician schedules
  • Design efficient routes using built-in optimization tools to minimize travel time
  • Coordinate with Ops to maximize technician productivity and ensure balanced workloads
  • Process schedule modifications including last-minute appointment changes and call-outs
  • Generate and distribute daily call lists for schedule teams
  • Facilitate patient communications for scheduling
  • Maintain clear, real-time communication with Ops to address scheduling challenges
  • Monitor and adjust schedules dynamically to accommodate urgent requests and ensure optimal coverage across service areas
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and logs within CareLink
  • Track and report key scheduling and mileage metrics using analytical tools
  • Document and analyze schedule modification trends to improve efficiency and technician utilization

Preferred Qualifications

Background in mobile healthcare services, home healthcare or telehealth is a plus
