Join Experian's Data Development team as a Data Management Documentation Analyst II! This permanent, home-based role in Costa Rica focuses on designing, developing, and updating technical and non-technical documentation. You will collaborate with various teams, assessing documentation needs and creating materials for existing and new operational responsibilities. Success requires strong data knowledge, excellent communication, and flexibility. Responsibilities

• Develop internal processes and documentation used to support development projects and the transition to production process
• Develop, creates and implements processes and procedures, and accompanying documentation
• Plan, writes and edits documentation, online help screens, policies and procedures, and other standard department communications
• Interpret system requirements documents and translate the information into end-user documentation
• Work with Education personnel, Systems Development personnel and other subject-matter experts to create documentation and reference materials
• Analyze assesses, and document the impact of system changes and enhancements
• Review current documentation format and propose modifications regarding organization and presentation
• Perform analysis of documented processes and procedures and make modifications
