Summary

Join Canam Group Romania as a 3D Modeler specializing in mass timber wood construction. You will create 3D models using Cadwork software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting project documents, modeling building elements, connecting structural components, and detecting interferences. The ideal candidate possesses a technical faculty graduate degree (wood engineering preferred), drafting/engineering experience, CAD software knowledge (Cadwork preferred), and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Technical faculty graduate
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, specifications, governmental regulations, drawings and job specifications
• Drafting and or engineering experience
• CAD software knowledge
• Knowledge of the French language
• Good learning and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, examine and interpret information from project documents
• Complete 3D models of building elements as per contract drawings
• Connect structural elements as per contract drawings and engineering specifications
• Report discrepancies and missing information on the contract documents
• Detect possible interferences between structural and architectural building parts
• Complete 2D shop drawings of construction elements generated from 3D models
• Complete 2D erection layouts generated from 3D models
• Generate material lists as required
