Drafter

Summary

Join our awesome team as a Junior Draftsperson and contribute to the creation of accurate and detailed architectural drawings. This entry-level position, based in Manila, requires a Diploma or Certificate in a related field and up to one year of drafting experience. You will work closely with architects, using CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit, to support various projects. Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of drafting experience in an architectural or construction setting
• Working knowledge of CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong ability to produce precise and accurate drawings
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholders
• Willingness to take direction and contribute to a team environment
• Ability to identify issues in drawings and suggest improvements or modifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of technical drawings, plans, and models based on initial concepts, sketches, and specifications
• Work with architects and senior draftspeople to support the design and documentation process for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Ensure all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes, standards, and industry regulations
• Amend drawings and documents based on feedback from architects and clients to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members and consultants to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the drafting process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Suite or SketchUp
