Summary

Join Canam Group as an Accounts Payable Clerk and provide financial, administrative, and clerical support. You will process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate expense control. This role involves working with North American systems and applying IFRS accounting rules. The position requires accounting knowledge, a team-oriented approach, and autonomy. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Associate's degree in Accounting
• Bilingual (Romanian/English)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Adaptability to working with different systems

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices and check requests
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Support audit process
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient Google Suite knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of Basware software
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of French
