Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1โ€“3 years of hands-on experience in data warehouse development and operations
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, building data products and performance tuning

Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, primarily using SQL queries against SQL Server databases
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, business stakeholders) to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify key trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and optimize data processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus
  • Exposure to Bitbucket and Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA)
