Remote Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Summary

Join our Data & Dynamics team as a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 customer engagement functional consultant to use your expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define solutions and deliver engagements that exceed business requirements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• 3+ + years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform
• Experience extending Dynamics 365 solutions utilizing Power Platform
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations

Responsibilities

• Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders
• Define customer solutions
• Deliver engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
• Align with clients to build long term relationships
• Analyze complex requirements and implement D365 solutions
• Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations product suite
• Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges

• Expected Salary Range plus 10% Variable earnings
