Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Summary

The job is for a Dynamics 365 customer engagement functional consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves supporting clients, defining solutions, delivering innovative engagements, aligning with clients to build long-term relationships, analyzing complex requirements, staying updated on changes related to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations product suite, ensuring technology designs and implementations solve client's requirements and challenges, following Agile best practices using DevOps, and utilizing Azure DevOps. The candidate should have 3+ years of domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar, strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform, ability to communicate effectively, post-secondary education, and designations such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci. Requirements

• 5-8 years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• 3+ + years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations

Responsibilities

• Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver engagements that exceed business requirements
• Align with clients to build long term relationships that further business value for both the client and Long View
• Analyze complex requirements and implement D365 solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices
• Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations product suite
• Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges
• Follow Agile best practices using DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Designations such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci
