Summary

The job is for a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect and Team Lead at Long View, responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities, business processes, and industry best practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O
• 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum
• Proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions)

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solution components
• Design, implement, and support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operation portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies for identified opportunities
• Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support the delivery of territory revenue targets
• Maximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients through regular reviews of utilization, working with clients, consultants, and scrum master’s to shape backlogs and ensure alignment to client success
• Keep team updated on exciting LVS news such as wins, growth, new branches, company direction and strategic sessions
• Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required
• Provide direction and assistance to team members on how to deal with situations and issues on their own

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
• Post-secondary education
• Industry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman), and relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions
