Ecommerce Channels Specialist

Summary

Join Spreetail, a rapidly growing ecommerce company, as a Technical/Ecommerce Channels Specialist. You will be responsible for analyzing costs for major retail channels, ensuring clean data feeds, and optimizing product listings for peak performance. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. As a remote position, you will need a suitable work-from-home setup, including a computer meeting specific requirements, dual monitors, a strong internet connection, a headset, and a webcam.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Communicates effectively with their team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is high
• Able to learn new data portals and execute within them
• Comfortable with organizing large data sets
• Understanding of best-in-class listing quality in order to audit and update listings
• This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
• At least 4GB RAM
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
• PC Headset
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

Responsibilities

• Daily costing analysis Monday – Friday for Wayfair channel
• Costing analysis 3x per week for Home Depot
• Software feed clears and quality control
• Shopping the store: reviewing items on our channels

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years in relevant industry
