Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a SaaS/ startup environment
- Experience working in the US market - understanding of buyer behavior and sales cycles in North America
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. This would involve significant cold calling
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal management
- Experience using sales engagement tools, AI tools exposure & enablement readiness
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that align with PromptCloudβs ideal customer profile, driving new business opportunities
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients via email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Assess potential customers' pain points, needs, and interest in our solutions
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a strong handover
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity in HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications
Background in eCommerce or data solutions - familiarity with eCommerce business model, platforms, analytics tools, or related technologies is a plus
