Summary

LUXASIA Group is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract to manage e-commerce operations and ensure smooth execution of online initiatives. The role involves overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on execution
• Fast learner and committed to getting the job done
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of local E-commerce / Toys / Beauty industries will be a plus
