Summary

Join Luxasia as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis and play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations, ensuring the smooth execution of online initiatives.

Requirements

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution
• Fast learner and committed to get the job done
• Strong written and oral communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of local E-commerce / Toys / Beauty industries will be a plus

Responsibilities

• To assist leader n executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Zalora and Lazada
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
• To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales. (python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible)
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards
• To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
