Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Amazon Expert, Amazon Marketing Specialist, or similar role
  • 3-5 years of experience with the Amazon Marketplace and working on the Amazon platform
  • Must have prior experience with a large catalog (preferably 1000 SKUs+), high revenue accounts, and large, complex variations
  • Has experience constructing and improving Amazon content and product listing, conversion rate, listing designs, keyword research, etc
  • Have strong eye for editing and managing product listing images and copywriting
  • Has experience setting up virtual product bundles
  • Has experience in dealing with potential amazon problems that may arise
  • Expert in Amazon flat files
  • Prior experience with Seller Central, and Amazon-specific analytics and research tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes and logistics
  • Understanding of SEO best practices inside and out

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings according to Amazon’s proprietary algorithm to increase conversion rate, traffic, and revenue
  • Analyze and monitor search algorithm indexes, ranks listing and collecting data from ads and keyword listing
  • Design appropriate strategies for the company’s product listings for a better Amazon search results ranking
  • Analyze and optimize the entire Amazon marketing strategy (PPC, SEO, ad campaigns)
  • Establish an efficient workflow that can help focus on offering high-quality services to customers
  • Monitor all budgets and costs in running the company’s Amazon store
  • Run and manage Amazon Seller Central
  • Keep track of all sales channels, target market, and competitor analysis
  • Manage shipping/FBA and customer service operations
  • Utilize the latest tools to help better present the company’s brand
  • Build relationships with your customers, vendors, and Amazon reps

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
