Remote Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce SaaS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations research, Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline required
• 3+ years of proven product management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting/Finance

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers, product, and engineering team to design, develop and launch high impact features for our SaaS product
• Understand customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications including mock ups, user stories, test cases, etc
• Work closely with the team to develop features, run user-testing for releases and collaborate with customers to ensure there is strong adoption after launch
• Plan and execute training for support, sales and marketing for the features you deliver
