Summary

Join Minted as an eCommerce Marketing Associate to enhance the customer shopping experience on Minted.com. You will manage a product category, execute promotions, and update site content to optimize customer discovery and purchasing. A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce or a related field are required.

  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control, especially within a premium brand environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of a product category. This includes managing content updates to navigation, landing pages, product listing pages and product detail pages in support of seasonal moments and evergreen refreshes
  • Use performance data to identify opportunities for site improvements such as wireframe optimizations, personalization opportunities, driving cross-sell/up-sell, or refining navigation
  • Monitor category-level KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and provide input into A/B tests, UX enhancements, and promotional strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Business, Brand, and Marketing to align on category priorities, seasonal storytelling, and product launches
  • Manage and execute promo code creation and publish promotional messaging throughout the site
  • Conduct daily QA checks across your category and broader site to ensure content, links, and promotions are functioning as intended
  • Use a CMS to publish and maintain landing pages and promotional content, escalating potential issues when needed
  • Document changes on site and be able to reference past updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CMS tools; basic HTML knowledge a plus
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Contentsquare, Heap or similar) is a plus
