E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Booksy as an E-commerce Marketing Specialist and drive sales campaigns for our online beauty store. You will be responsible for developing and executing promotional concepts, managing campaigns in the CRM system, launching paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, and planning multi-channel campaign communications. Monitor campaign performance, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with graphic designers. This role requires 2-3 years of e-commerce experience, ideally in the beauty/cosmetics industry, hands-on experience with campaign tools, proven experience with Google and Meta Ads, and fluency in Polish and English. Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills are preferred.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce , ideally within the beauty/cosmetics category
• Hands-on experience with campaign tools (CRM)
• Proven experience setting up and managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of e-commerce promotion mechanics
• Fluent in Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Development & Execution: Leveraging supplier promotions, creating and executing end-to-end promotional concepts, setting up and managing campaigns in the CRM system, and launching paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads)
• Messaging & Channels: Planning and executing multi-channel campaign communications across various channels (CRM: push notifications, email, in-app messages, banners), while crafting compelling marketing copy
• Performance & Optimization: Monitoring campaign performance through clicks, conversions, and pricing management
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitoring competitor pricing on other e-commerce platforms to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends
• Resources & Collaboration: Collaborating with graphic designers or independently creating visuals using Canva or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills, focusing on performance-driven messaging
• Visual content creation skills using Canva (or similar tools)
• Excellent self-organization, with a high level of independence and a results-oriented approach
