Requirements

• Proven experience (X years) in an e-commerce role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, analytics tools)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and relevant software
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and effective task prioritization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), ensuring functionality, security, and user experience
• SEO and SEM Optimization: Enhance search engine rankings and drive traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and paid ads
• Product Catalog Management: Update and maintain product listings for accuracy and consistency
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior and market trends to improve conversion rates and site performance
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with marketing and customer service to improve the online shopping experience
• Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports on sales, site traffic, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights
• Digital Marketing Initiatives: Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media ads, and influencer partnerships
