Summary

Join Teikametrics as an eCommerce Media Analyst and contribute to the growth of our global enterprise managed services team. This Account Management role involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and high-growth brands across various eCommerce advertising platforms. You will manage Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns, analyze data using internal and external tools, and develop strategic recommendations for clients. Responsibilities include identifying and solving process inefficiencies, staying updated on direct marketing innovations, providing customer feedback, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams. Teikametrics offers a remote-first culture, valuing impact over location, and provides flexibility in work schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of Paid Search (PPC) account management experience. 3-5 years of experience as a client-analyst for a retail-oriented software or services company. This can include a background directly at an eCommerce business, an advertising technology company, or direct-marketing services agency
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree - ideally with a concentration in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, or Communications. Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Skills: Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis, and familiarity with SQL and advanced experience in MS Excel. Data management experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus. Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing and presentation
  • Professional Development: Certifications in Amazon Advertising and Walmart Advertising consoles

Responsibilities

  • Execute Amazon & Walmart Advertising Campaigns: Manage Amazon & Walmart advertising investment and strategy for multiple direct-response ad types across a portfolio of clients. Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in client advertising performance and investment
  • Data Analysis: Source and analyze data through the use of internal and external tools such as Excel to provide services as needed. Design reporting methods, concentrated on data visualization, to develop insights into brand performance that are not readily evident through creative and strategic thinking
  • Client Strategy: Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager to identify growth opportunities and present strategic recommendations, backed by data insights, directly to customers. Ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively implemented and measured for success
  • Solve for Process Inefficiencies: Develop tools, processes, and reporting solutions for inefficiencies in daily campaign management execution
  • Become an Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Advertising, eCommerce, and Direct Marketing Expert: Stay apace with new direct marketing innovations coming out of Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok to guide clients through adoption
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Provide meaningful and structured customer feedback to the Teikametrics product, data science, and development teams to drive automation of critical value-additive components of campaign optimization and reporting. Advocate for our customers' needs to ensure their perspectives are considered in product and service development
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Onboard and mentor junior team members and new hires, fostering a supportive environment focused on knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal product, sales, and marketing teams to develop new products, services, and marketing initiatives
