Requirements

• Technical: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and ERP systems such as Odoo, Shopify, Contentful, data management, and process automation
• Organizational: Strong project and ticket management skills
• Communication: Ability to effective collaborate and communicate with a large variety of stakeholders
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to staging, QA, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Product catalog management: Build, maintain, and optimize product listings in ERP systems and Shopify. Ensure accuracy, manage tagging, archive outdated items, and oversee the D2C price list. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Stock management: Collaborate with the S&OP team to monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts or overstock, and take necessary actions
• Copywriting & asset list drafting: Create campaign/product copy and draft initial asset lists based on planned user journeys. Coordinate with brand and product teams for execution
• Store Staging & QA: Input content into Contentful (our CMS) for initial page builds. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance, providing feedback on any issues identified
• Merchandising Optimization: Identify and execute testing strategies to optimize product offerings
• Project Management: Manage project boards, managing tickets, and campaign reports to ensure timely and high-quality execution
