Requirements

Responsibilities
- Offer support to clients via email/chat/phone managing requests related to the online shop
- Clusterize client requests based on types
- Monitor orders and delivery timelines
- Help the team in managing issues related to orders and shipments, as well as handling requests for returns/refunds
- Operatively follow up on back office activities (returns/refunds/quality control, stock releases, etc.)
- Directly interact with stakeholders (clients, logistics, couriers...) to manage practices
- Provide support in various operational tasks
