Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Offer support to clients via email/chat/phone managing requests related to the online shop
  • Clusterize client requests based on types
  • Monitor orders and delivery timelines
  • Help the team in managing issues related to orders and shipments, as well as handling requests for returns/refunds
  • Operatively follow up on back office activities (returns/refunds/quality control, stock releases, etc.)
  • Directly interact with stakeholders (clients, logistics, couriers...) to manage practices
  • Provide support in various operational tasks
