Responsibilities

  • Offer support to customers (via e-mail/chat/telephone) managing online shop requests
  • Cluster customer requests based on types
  • Monitor orders and delivery times
  • Assist the team in managing order and shipping issues, as well as return/refund requests
  • Actively manage back office activities (returns/refunds/quality control, stock management, etc.)
  • Liaise directly with stakeholders (clients, logistics, couriers...) for issue management
  • Provide support in various operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Shopify
