Remote International Operations Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Transport Operations Manager within Trendyol's International Fashion team in Europe. The role involves managing transport operations, analyzing KPIs, developing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Supply Chain. Preferably within e-commerce or retail industry
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in written and verbal English with cross-cultural understanding

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize transport operations in collaboration with Operations and Returns functions
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the transportation network
• Signal KPI deviations and follow up by informing stakeholders and, where possible taking corrective actions yourself
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize transportation efficiency and costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to streamline processes and address transportation-related issues
• Present findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders and drive continuous improvements in data quality, actionable insights, and process standardization
• Cultivate strong relationships with third-party stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and logistics partners

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in data analytics and modeling tools using SQL a strong plus
